Your entire body should be "scrubbed" at least one time per week, but you can exfoliate your skin multiple times each week. Using scrubs serves as a stimulating massage and improves blood circulation. You should scrub in a circular motion, starting with the feet, ankles, and legs, then working on to the hands, arms, and shoulders, gradually working your way down to the back, then up through the torso towards the heart.
